The experience behind a review.
Reviews will identify what was used or experienced and describe the relevant circumstances. An individual experience should not be presented as universal, and a preference should not be presented as an objective product fact.
How conclusions are presented.
A review will explain the reasons behind its judgement, including limitations and practical trade-offs. Product specifications and service terms should be checked against the provider’s current documentation. A single experience does not establish how a product or business performs for every customer.
Commercial context.
Any gifted item, paid relationship or referral link will be identified in the relevant review if one is introduced. The current archive contains no published reviews. Its design does not establish a testing laboratory, independent certification or a representative consumer survey.
Corrections and contact.
Material corrections will be reflected in the relevant entry. For a question about the website, use the Silverstein contact page.
